About the position

We work in small teams and work closely with our customers on a daily basis in various industries such as, banking / finance, wholesale and energy. Our customers are typically large companies and our role is to act as a trusted advisor to customers and implement critical and end-user-relevant applications for their business. Examples of projects include:

• Splunk deployment projects
• Splunk architecture
• Versatile development tasks and support services
• Migration from On-premise to Splunk Cloud
• Integrations to various systems
• Data Analyst tasks, visual presentation of monitoring, planning of log data reporting

In addition to customer projects, we have the opportunity to work on our internal development and the productisation of our own products or services around Splunk.

What we expect from you?

We are looking for a skilled and pleasant new colleague. Our goal is to become the best Splunk service provider in Finland. If you are familiar with Splunk and want to join us in projects and increase your competences in other areas as well then this is a great opportunity. You don’t have to master everything and there is plenty of room for learning. In your position you will get up to speed if you have existing Splunk experience at a practical or theory level. Experience with other log management tools is viewed as positive. In addition, an understanding of the basic IT infrastructure side and an interest in information security is a useful. We require you to have a residency in Finland.

Your salary will be between 4500-6000 euros a month depending on your level of expertise

Recruiting process

We screen the applicants and choose the most suitable candidates and invite them to an interview. We typically have two interviews before making the final decision. First interview is more generic in which we want to hear about you, your career, what you have achieved, and what you would like to do. You also get to know about WeAre and our ways of working. The goal is that both parties leave the first discussion in a positive mood.

The second interview is more technical and is usually accompanied by someone from our Splunk team. There is no official test but you can showcase your expertise with a previous project or exercise you’ve completed.
